Ms.Harikasolleti, she is one of the trusted speech language pathologist and Audiologist perceived her Bachelors (BASLP) and Masters in Psychology from Osmania University. She has been active in the field of education over a decade and in the field of Adult and Child NeuroCommunication Disorders, dyslexia, dealing with children with LEARNING DISABILITIES.

She worked as consultant speech language pathologist for Future kids school, her stay there gave her valuable insights into dealing with Autism children, Articulation Disorders, Learning Disability, Stammering etc.

She worked extensively in Rehabilitation of children with Cochlear Implantation and Developmental disorders under GOVERNMNT PROJECT-SARVASIKSHA ABHIYAN (Ameerpet,Secunderabad,Yousufguda zones) for 2 years.

She is currently associated with pediatric hospitals and adult neuro centers within Hyderabad.
